The Professional Choice for Controlling LED Colour-Changing Arrays

Colour-Tramp is a lighting control system specifically designed to handle the complexity of two and three dimensional lighting arrays. The most common application is colour changing LED Matrix arrays, but Colour-Tramp is equally suitable for control of conventional DMX fixtures.

Colour-Tramp combines the concept of lighting control with a graphic editor. The lighting array is entered using a sophisticated graphic user interface, providing a geographic representation of your lighting rig.

Show programming is then performed using colour palettes and visual editing tools. Live video, text, graphics and video clips can all be used to drive the array.

Colour-Tramp is much more than just a lighting controller. It provides a full implementation of V1.0 Remote Device Management. This allows Colour-Tramp to communicate with the lighting fixtures, providing features such as remote addressing and fixture status indication (with RDM-compatible fixtures only).

Colour-Tramp uses the Art-Net Ethernet protocol for output, so any Art-Net compatible device, such as Net-Lynx can be used to convert the output into DMX512.

Colour-Tramp is available in a number of versions. The "Off-Line" version can be used for show programming, client presentation and software demonstration. It contains all the features of the full version but does not output Art-Net. This version is available to download here free of charge.

The 512ch and Full "On-Line" versions of the product are available in a package including installation CD, printed user manual and USB security device. The 512ch system is a limited functionality system that does not support Video, however all other features are included. The Full "On-Line" versions are available in increments of 1024 channel output configurations, up to a maximum 10,240 channels.

Features:

  • 1024 channel operation
  • 6 Submasters
  • Stacks
  • Time-Code (Midi or Art-Net)
  • Ethernet output via Art-Net
  • Video Render
  • Live Video
  • Bitmap Render
  • RDM Draft V1.0
  • Windows 2000 & XP

Requirements:

Colour-Tramp is a very powerful software package and requires an equally powerful PC.
The following should be considered a minimum, but more computer power equates to better performance:

  • Pentium or equivalent processor running at 2GHz, 1GB Memory, 1024 x 768 graphics with 24 or 32 bit colour.
  • 10BaseT Network Card.
  • Colour-Tramp is designed to operate with Windows XP.
  • DirectX 7/8/9. (Version 9 provides best performance).

Light-Switch
Light-Switch
We've Reinvented the Light Switch!
The Wall-mounted DMX Controller

Light-Switch is a wall mounted DMX512 playback system, controlled by 14 illuminated buttons. Four buttons, labeled A to D select a playback page. Pages A to C access 24 memories with programmable fade time. Page D accesses 6 sequences with variable step times and direction control. Overall Grand Master level is controlled using the arrow buttons.

Up to 15 Light-Switch panels can be connected to a single DMX512 run. Each panel can be programmed to control a specific zone or group of DMX channels. This allows Light-Switch to be used in multi-room or multi-zone applications.

The entire system is programmed using a Windows software package called Switch-Edit. Switch-Edit contains a moving lamp library and fully implements both post and pre-master channels, allowing all types of DMX devices to be freely mixed. Light-Switch can also be programmed by snapshot of recieved DMX512 from any standard DMX lighting console. Once programmed, the show is downloaded and stored in non-volatile flash memory.

An infrared port is included, allowing remote control with standard 'TV' style hand sets.

The Light-Switch mounts in a 2 gang UK-style back box orientated vertically.

Features:

  • Wall mount DMX512 controller
  • Full DMX512 output
  • 3 pages of 8 memories
  • Individual fade time per memory
  • 1 page of 6 sequences
  • Sequences built from 100 memories
  • Individual sequence step times
  • Grand master control
  • Multiple zone control
  • Infrared remote sensor
  • Illuminated switches
