Colour-Tramp is a lighting control system specifically designed to handle the complexity of two and three dimensional lighting arrays. The most common application is colour changing LED Matrix arrays, but Colour-Tramp is equally suitable for control of conventional DMX fixtures.
Colour-Tramp combines the concept of lighting control with a graphic editor. The lighting array is entered using a sophisticated graphic user interface, providing a geographic representation of your lighting rig.
Show programming is then performed using colour palettes and visual editing tools. Live video, text, graphics and video clips can all be used to drive the array.
Colour-Tramp is much more than just a lighting controller. It provides a full implementation of V1.0 Remote Device Management. This allows Colour-Tramp to communicate with the lighting fixtures, providing features such as remote addressing and fixture status indication (with RDM-compatible fixtures only).
Colour-Tramp uses the Art-Net Ethernet protocol for output, so any Art-Net compatible device, such as Net-Lynx can be used to convert the output into DMX512.
Colour-Tramp is available in a number of versions. The "Off-Line" version can be used for show programming, client presentation and software demonstration. It contains all the features of the full version but does not output Art-Net. This version is available to download here free of charge.
The 512ch and Full "On-Line" versions of the product are available in a package including installation CD, printed user manual and USB security device. The 512ch system is a limited functionality system that does not support Video, however all other features are included. The Full "On-Line" versions are available in increments of 1024 channel output configurations, up to a maximum 10,240 channels.
