Enttec’s DMXPlayback Mk2 and DMXStreamer recording/playback devices rely on RS232 communication with your PC for various functions, however few computers are now being produced with RS232 ports available, so Enttec now offer a factory-backed USB to RS232 converter solution.

While there are many USB to RS232 converters available these days, not all of them will work reliably with all equipment. Enttec have tested numerous adaptors, and found a converter that works consistently and reliably.

These high-quality adaptors are adept at switching communications speed when required, making them stable and dependable for use with the Enttec DMXPlayback and DMXStreamer, and are fully backed by Enttec’s technical support.

Finally, a heavy duty solution for mounting one of Enttec's 9.5 inch products into a standard 19 inch equipment rack. This kit comes complete with all mounting hardware required to neatly fit a DMXStreamer, DMXPlayBack Mk2, DMXPlayBack Remote or DMXEthergate Mk2 into a single rack unit space. This panel is made from sturdy 1.2mm steel, so it will not flex.

A heavy-duty solution for mounting any two of Enttec's 9.5 inch products side-by-side in a standard 19 inch equipment rack.  This kit includes all required mounting hardware and is made from 1.2mm steel, ensuring it won't flex or bend.  Six holes are provided suitable for mounting XLR connectors (not included) so all DMX connections can be brought to the front panel.  This kit is 2 rack units in height.
