ENTTEC Lightfactory Version 2 evolves into a more sophisticated PC based lighting control system, offering a swag of new features & tools built on the familiar Lightfactory interface.
New features include the ability to split outputs on a per universe basis (ie – Universe 1 via USB to DMX USB Pro, Universe 2 via Art-Net to ODE etc), vastly expanded fixture library and improved fixture library engine, and streamlined file format (single file per show). LightFactory V2 Additions and Improvements:
- New fixture library engine provides a hybrid of 100% dynamic fixture and generic fixture control. This means that not only can LightFactory handle complex fixtures with any number of attributes, but can also control multiple fixture types in an abstract fashion
- Special attribute controls for rotation, XYZ, HIS colour mixing
- New advanced colour heuristics system for multi colour fixtures that go beyond RGB. This system allows you to select multiple fixtures with different colour mixing systems and apply a selected colour with optimal output
- Very flexible paletting system allows both abstract and specific palettes to be added to any attribute of a cue
- Fixture library now covers almost 2000 fixtures
- Enhanced Fan control offers options to fan most attribute types in a touch-screen friendly interface
- Mix and match output hardware and network interfaces, making it easy to create very large Ethernet-based systems. Allows output to multiple network cards, managing the Ethernet load.
- Multiple layers of Undo to commands affecting channel display and editing. Out of order undo.
