Enttec’s LightFactory Starter Kit Standard Edition includes everything you need to turn your computer into a 36 channel lighting control system - just add lights! LightFactory is a fully functional lighting desk on your PC, suitable for controlling conventional and moving fixtures alike. The Starter Kit Standard Edition contains a 36 DMX Channel version of LightFactory, including all the features that have made LightFactory so successful, such as moving light libraries, multiple effects engines, video/matrix effects, MIDI/timecode triggering and audio input. The only difference is the output is limited to 36 channels of DMX. Upgrades can be purchased at any stage to expand the output to up to 10 complete DMX universes. The Starter Kit Standard Edition includes an installation CD and licence code for your 36 channel licence, an Enttec Open DMX/USB Widget, USB A-B cable, 5-pin to 3-pin XLR adaptor and Quick Start manual - all for only $249.00 inc GST (Packing & Postage not included). Following the success of Enttec's LightFactory Starter Kit Standard Edition comes the LightFactory Starter Kit Pro Edition. The Pro Edition contains the same basic elements as the original Starter Kit - a 36 DMX channel license of LightFactory, a DMX-USB interface, USB A-B cable, 5-pin to 3-pin XLR adaptor, Installation CD & Quick Start Manual - but this edition contains the DMX USB Pro, Enttec's professional-standard DMX interface. The Open DMX/USB Widget, which was included in the original Starter Kit, is a great entry-level interface, suitable for many applications, however when it comes to professional shows, where your client expects the very best, a truly professional product is required. That's where the DMX USB Pro comes into its own. With an onboard micro-processor ensuring DMX is always generated at a constant rate, and full 1500V Opto-isolation, the Pro interface is ideal for shows and installations with moving lights, LED's, dimmers, smoke machines, strobes - any DMX controlled device! The Starter Kit Pro Edition includes a 36 DMX-channel license of LightFactory, which is a good start, but you'll be pleased to know you can purchase upgrades to expand your control system to a full 512ch DMX universe, or beyond. With a current limit of 5,120 DMX channels (10 DMX universes), LightFactory will cope with even the most demanding shows.
